Marlene’s passion is to inspire others to:

Marlene is particularly interested in the leadership approach required to unleash both individual and organization performance.  She believes that: in order to create a sustainable environment for personal growth and collective achievement, one requires:

• Clarity and articulation of vision,
• Shared purpose and objectives, and
• Individual authority and accountability

Marlene brings a wealth of business innovation knowledge derived from her cumulative experience as a Licensed Interior Designer, business owner, management consultant and financial analyst.  Just as with design projects, she believes that business leadership development is a step-by-step process that incorporates individual vision, a solid personal foundation, greater awareness and commitment to excellence.

Marlene is the coach to the Winner of the 2006 Prism Award, , presented annually to an organization for Excellence and Business Achievement through Coaching.
