Marlene augments well founded and proven traditional coaching methodology with tools for transformation to help her clients quickly transition through challenges and setbacks and take advantage of new opportunities. Her goal is to support motivated, talented and creative people in becoming more commanding and resourceful leaders and increase their value to their organizations and have more fun in the process.
She brings a wealth of business innovation knowledge derived from her her cummulative experience as a business owner, management consultant and financial analyst. She believes that business success is a step-by-step process that incorporates collective vision, shared accountability and a profound committment to excellence.
An award winning coach, Marlene is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a Past President of the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches (CAPC). She founded the Western Canadian Coaches Conference held annually Banff. She has coached recipients of the 2006 and 2010 Prism Awards "Celebrating Excellence and Business Achievement Through Coaching".
Marlene is also an engaging speaker and facilitator who brings wisdom and wit to her interactive sessions. She is a member of the Canadian Association of Professioanl Speakers (CAPS), a member of the Association of Comprehensive Energy Psychology (ACEP) and is certified as an Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Theta HealingTM practitioner.
